Actinvest Corporation was founded in 1991 following the establishment of Actinvest Group by Mr Fabio Basagni in 1986.
Short Description of Activities
Actinvest Corporation specialises in advising on corporate finance transactions, principally in Italy, and to a lesser extent in Western Europe. It also carries out for its clients personalised sector analysis aimed at defining their strategy in certain markets and outlining possible acquisition targets.
• Its activity mostly focuses on acquisition targets represented by medium-sized companies ($20m to $300m turnover), which in Italy are still mostly family-owned.
• Actinvest advises companies (and their shareholders) wishing to be listed on the stock market.
